Equipment Spec Sheet
The ET Drones Van Rig
A self-contained commercial wash unit built into our high-top van: dual-pump, RO/DI-filtered, RigLink-remote. The rig behind every job we quote.
Why this rig is different
Most exterior cleaning trucks in our region run a single-pump trailer with a 110-gallon tank and a Tucker T-DI inline filter. The ET Drones Van Rig is built for commercial workload: dual pumps sized for the surface, four-stage water filtration, dual-soap chemistry, and full remote control so we never leave the work to walk to the rig.
Customer-facing outcomes
Twice the soft-wash flow
11.5 GPM at 300 PSI on a Comet P40 diaphragm pump. Most contractors run 5–8 GPM. More flow means less dwell-time risk, faster rinse, and better chemistry distribution on tall facades.
3,500 PSI on tap when surfaces demand it
Industrial triplex plunger pump driven by Honda GX690. Concrete, hardscapes, and approved surfaces get full commercial torque. Twin pumps mean the right pressure for each material, automatically.
0 ppm spot-free RO/DI water output
Dual TDS meters confirm filtered output reads under 10 ppm before water touches glass or solar panels. Streak-free results without chemical residue, every time.
200 gallons of self-contained water
No homeowner hose hookup needed. We bring our own filtered water: tested, neutral, consistent. Works even where local water is hard, chlorinated, or unavailable.
Live mix-while-you-spray
ClearView Hydro-Mixer XL meters water, soap, and chemical on the fly. No batch tanks to over-mix and waste. Adjust ratio mid-job without stopping.
RigLink remote control
Start, stop, change pumps, toggle injector, switch soaps. All from the wand. Faster turnover, fewer mistakes.
